KAINOTOMIA has implemented more than 60 continuous vocational training programs targeted at unemployed people, educators of all education levels, students of higher education, employed/self-employed persons and vulnerable social groups, for the development of professional opportunities and their promotion and integration into the labour market and the society in general, through innovative close to market programs.“KAINOTOMIA” provide business consultancy to companies & supporting services and consulting support services to trainees to facilitate their (re) entrance into the labour market. IFOM – that stands for Institute for Training, Employability and Mobility is a Vocational Education and Training (VET) centre that strongly believes in and supports work-based learning, mobile learning, apprenticeships and vocational trainings schemes both at local and European level.
IFOM is active in the area of providing vocational work placements in Italian companies for students coming from European VET ad HE centres and of offering the possibility to Italian VET students to undergo a work experience abroad.
